We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, recommended weight ranges (e.g., 3.2kg to 20kg), material certifications, and pricing. Minor fabric shade variations may occasionally occur due to textile dye batches and monitor displays. Nyla Tots reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Infant Safety & Carrier Posture Disclaimer

Baby Safety & Suffocation Hazard Notice: Always follow safe babywearing guidelines (keep baby's chin off chest, face visible, airway clear at all times, and hips in an ergonomic 'M-position' spread-squat posture). Inspect carriers, buckles, and silicone tableware before each use for structural integrity. Never use baby carriers during rigorous sports, cooking near heat, or while operating motor vehicles. Teethers and small infant toys require active adult supervision. Nyla Tots is not liable for accidents, falls, or breathing obstruction resulting from improper carrier adjustment, exceeding weight limits, or unsupervised feeding and play.
